Hi Chicago, My name is Udonis Haslem

And I am now causing havoc on your hopes of an NBA Finals apperance since the Air Jordan era.
The X-Factor may be the birthing baby of the V Neck on Fox, but in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, it is also Udonis Haslem.
I have been screaming and waiting, somewhat, impatiently for Haslem to make a splash this season in the playoffs. With Bosh about as soft as Charmin down low, the Heat made a horrible decision trying to go small in game 1.
The Heat need Haslem, badly. Against Boozer and Noah, Miami has to be able to bang and get both of these hot-tempered players off their game and out of their comfort zone, and Haslem is the key, and I am excited to see him make that difference in game 2–and thanks NBA for making me wait another three damn days to see game 3. Seriously–seven days between games one and three is horrific.
Watch the Heat take this time though, to get the rhythm going with Haslem, and winning two in Miami and closing it out in Chicago in six games.
Over in the Red River shooting contest…err, the Western Conference Finals and the Oklahoma City version of the Days of Our Lives. Guess the soap opera will not be cancelled, just relocated.
Russel Westbrook will be the only thing keeping the Thunder from starting their decade-long dominance of the West this season.
This team is too talented to not pull a Spurs and dominate this conference for the next 10 years, but if their star point guard can’t keep his ego in check in game 3, then Dirk can go ahead and get ready to try and put the demons of 2006 to bed.
Dallas needs to find a way to get Marion off the court and magically get Caron Butler in uniform. Seeing how that will not be happening, Oklahoma City will win in 7.
If I am wrong, and Dallas wins and then wins the Finals, watch Mark Cuban erect a 100 foot statue of Dirk in Dallas.
Regardless, the Finals will be Offense (west) versus Defense (east) and will be a blast to watch–once we actually get there sometime around Labor Day.
