The wrongful conviction of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito; UPDATED, CONVICTION OVERTURNED!

I am sure many of you remember this now infamous case; “Foxy Knoxy”, that evil temptress, sex fiend, ring master of a ritualistic Satantic like killing of her roommate, Meredith Kercher on November 1st. 2007.  Case closed before trial, tried and convicted in the Italian Press, British Press, USA Press. This sensationalistic stuff sells newspapers and tabloids, and sadly influences many brainwashed people to form a conclusion of guilt.

But Amanda Knox is, and was never some evil temptress, sex fiend, or some satanist.. Just a typical 20 year old studying abroad in Perugia Italy. Nor was her boyfriend at the time, Raffaele Sollecito, anything other than a normal Italian young man, whom his friends describe as a mellow person.

Meredith Kercher, the murder victim in this case (whereas Amanda and Raffaele are the wrongfully convicted victims of injustice and corruption) was by all accounts from those who knew her, a friendly, vivacious pretty 21 year old student from Britan, also like Amanda, studying abroad in in Perugia Italy.

So the roles are set, a murder occurs, a most brutal murder of an innocent girl raped, and having her throat slashed.. But by whom? Who would do such an evil thing? Well, Perugia did put behind bars the only real killer in this case, Rudy Guede. Rudy’s DNA was found all over Meredith’s room, on Meredith, and even INSIDE Meredith. His feces was removed from Meredith’s bathroom toilet. He is the killer, and the evidence clearly points to this fact. Meredith was killed in a very small room, about 12×12 where Rudy’s footprints are all over the place in her blood.. The prosecution contended at the original trial that Raffaele and Amanda were also in that room. If so, where are their bloody footprints? DNA? The prosecution claims that Amanda cleaned the murder scene.. Really? was she able to only remove her and her boyfriend’s DNA, footprints, but carefully leave Rudy’s? I want to get to a point by point basis here on some of the media reporting and factually proven outright lies being thrown all over the place in this case;

1. Amanda and Raffaele purchased bleach to clean the crime scene police have receipts to prove this = FALSE. No receipt was brought into evidence at first trial.. store owner at the time denies that he ever saw Amanda or her boyfriend at the store the morning where some press and people have reported.

2. Amanda confessed to the police she did it = FALSE.. Amanda was interrogated for hours on end, without food or water.. there were no recordings of this interrogation.. Police “suggested to her” that she did it.. they suggested she imagine a scenario where she did it. false semi confessions happen all the time when so called suspects are bullied without an atty present.. Amanda barely knew Italian at the time..She came into the police station thinking she was a witness to help the police. Would a guilty person do this without an atty present in a foreign country? But my question is moot, because there is no evidence at all placing Amanda or Raffaele in Meredith’s bedroom where the murder took place.. Only Rudy can be placed there via DNA. People think here a moment; If Amanda was making a real confession, a truthful admission of real guilt, why not just name Rudy Guede? IF she was really there, she would know Rudy was involved… Making the claim she was trying to pin it on someone else is absurd.. Pin it on who you know is guilty!!! It is very clear confusion tactics used here on a naive and somewhat immature 20 year old girl. Raffaele and Amanda have not changed their stories, both testify they were sleeping. Both have said it is possible the other one woke up in the middle of the night and left when asked if that was possible.. Also, why does not Amanda just say Raffaele did it when she named her boss? Again, she does not mention/implicate Rudy or Raffaele, but Patrick only. Well, the police told her it was Patrick, because they believed that Patrick was already involved, therefore, she implicated no one! Every one of the guilters theoritical arguements for guilt can easily be shot down with logic, not withstanding the total lack of physical evidence as well. any reasonable jury would easily aquitt here.

3. Raffaele’s DNA was found on the bra clasp of Meredith that she was wearing that night. = TRUE and FALSE, mostly false and disqualified after independent review;

So were the DNA of at least 3 other unidentified people!! The Bra was not collected into evidence until 47 days after the murder!! It was left on the floor for all that time!! The DNA of Raffaele was found only ON THE METAL CLASP.. This is highly significant, why? Well during the recent appeal of this case, DNA experts appointed by the Italian court itself have said the DNA is not reliable, because of contamination, the way it was handled, evidence collectors wearing dirty gloves.. They could have easily of accidentally placed Raffaele’s DNA on the metal clasp, since Raffaele was a visitor to that cottage a few times before the murder.. But why is the DNA found on the bra clasp so significant? If Raffaele was really involved in the murder of Meredith, His DNA would be on THE BRA FABRIC around the metal clasp! It is easy for DNA to transfer to a metal surface via contamination, or PURPOSELY PLACED THERE!!. I believe it was purposely placed there.. The prosecution needed something to place Raffaele at the actual crime scene.. They also seemed to take great care in video taping that bra clasp 47 days later. So obvious it was planted.. Update. Independent DNA reviewers appointed by The Italian appeals court have testified that The DNA attributed to Raffaele cannot actually be attributed to anyone, using current international standards.. I still believe the corrupt and mentally disturbed prosecutor, instructed his DNA people to go back to the scene of the murder, and attempt to plant evidence.. We can see the failed at even doing that!

I know a lot of you would never believe this, but there are vile human pieces of worthless shit on this planet, who will do anything to save face. The Prosecutor in this case was already under indictment for misconduct before. I pray for justice for all of the people who have basically framed 2 innocents of this crime.. I hope they get what they deserve, in this life or the next one!

Remember again, the bra was not collected into evidence until 47 day later!!  If Raffaele was involved, why would the metal clasp be the only place his DNA was found in that room? Why would it not be in the bra Fabric, since it would be implied he ripped the bra off.. One has to grab the fabric as well to unclasp a bra.. but this is kind of moot.. Rudy has his DNA all over the place. There is ZERO Amanda DNA in Meredith’s room.

4. Amanda’s DNA mixed with Meredith’s blood in Amanda’s bathroom = TRUE.. A very simple explantion exists for this as well. of course Amanda’s DNA would be in her own bathroom!! but how would Meredith’s blood wind up there? simple, Rudy’s footprint was found in Merediths blood in that bathroom.. evidence clearly shows he is the killer.. He was using Amanda’s bathroom to clean up.. Meredith’s blood would be all over him since his DNA is all over and in her! Some argue Foot print is Raffaeles.. at best, this evidence is not conclusive to exactly whose footprint it is.

5. Knife taken from Raffaele’s apartment said to have Meredith’s DNA on it = FALSE.. DNA tech at the time tested over and over at her lab, got no results, but then decided to recalibrate her machine to get the  results which then showed a tiny spect of Meredith’s DNA.. However, Knife was also shown to contain a high amount of starch. Starch retains blood, soaks it up, so it is impossible to clean off blood totally with so much starch on the knife.  Yet, no trace of blood found on this knife whatsoever. How did DNA from Meredith get on the knife then? again, it wasn’t,  but Rye bread was found! Consider this. the knife was tested for blood, NEGATIVE.. Go take a look at a common kitchen knife.. see that handle on the end of it? Notice a tiny space  in between the handle and actual knife? The Prosecution contends that knife was used to inflict the deadly wound on Meredith.. That wound went thru her neck, out of the back, so knife was plunged all the way down to the  handle.. Can anyone give a reasonable explanation why there was no blood in  space between handle and blade? It would be impossible to totally clean that off.. So how does DNA from Meredith get on the blade if not a trace of blood found in tests?

Why would 2 murderers bring a murder weapon back to where one lives? The cop who took that knife, said he took it because once again “gut instinct” why werent other knives tested? Turns out that knife could not have inflicted the wounds the prosecution said it did..

6. Staged break in? Do I really need to keep combating these theories when there is no agreed upon clear DNA of Amanda and Raffaele in the murder room? Rudy Guede had an established M.O of breaking and entering in exactly the same mannerl Throwing rocks thru upper story windows, then climbing in them.. If Amanda and Raff staged this,, were they then trying to frame Rudy, because they would have to know his MO, or be the strangest coincidence ever, to stage a break in, in exactly the manner Rudy was known to break in to places before?

Claimed evidence must be taken as whole to build a case, it has to create a picture of guilt.. it is a puzzle that simply fits.. The so called guilters are unable to make this case as a whole. anyone can take any piece of evidence and place any context they want to it.

This case is now on appeal. The Italian court appointed their own independant DNA experts, who have successfully disqualified the prosecution’s exertions in this case.. For guilters who wish to argue differently, please note these 2 DNA experts were appointed by the appeals court. Questioning them too harshly basically questions the wisdom of the very judges and court who will decide Amanda’s and Raffaele’s case tomorrow with a verdict. The judges will accept their conclusion and will likely acquit.

The Judge in this case refused to allow the prosecution another independent review of The DNA..I have said all along Amanda and Raffaele would be cleared at their automatic appeal under Italian Law, as about 50 percent of Italian cases at appeal either reverse original verdicts, or reduce the prison terms. In this case, the defense is asking for acquittal, and based on what I see so far, they are going to get it, and rightfully so..

There is so much more I can write on this case that clearly shows the complete innocence of these 2 kids, along with clear prosecutor misconduct, a lunatic prosecutor, and sheer injustice and planting of minuscule evidence, like the bra clasp DNA.. Conclusion; To successfully place Amanda and Raffaele at the exact crime scene and for them to have taken part in this murder;

DNA of a reasonable amount and non contaminated amount would have to be present, it isnt. But Rudy’s DNA is ample and all over the place!

The Prosecution contends Amanda and Raffaele did a clean up to remove such evidence, how so? Were they were able to remove their DNA, but not Rudy’s? Luminol tests show no sign of a clean up or blood from any shoe of Amanda or Raff at the exact crime scene. If they were barefoot, still no result of any blood. Luminol does not only pick up blood, but other stuff like cleaning stuff, etc.. when other tests were done on all so called barefoot prints, blood was shown not to be there, at least according to the police DNA person in her notes.. In court, she says she never tested the prints in question for blood.. either way, no evidence exists that these prints were made in blood, yet there is agreed ample evidence of Rudy Guede’s shoe prints made in clear and visible blood.. Can guilters tell me how Amanda and Raffaele managed to be in the same room as Rudy, taking part in a murder, but having no bloody shoe prints of their presence and participation in a most violent murder? Where they able to bleach out their footprints? The prosecution does not contend they did this… So where is that evidence?

They cannot offer a logical explanation. They will talk about the other gals room where the break in occured, saying Amanda’s DNA was mixed in that room with someone else.. ok, was it blood DNA? proven blood and tested for the presence of blood? it wasn’t.. They claim Amanda used her bathroom to clean the blood off of her.. Ok. how did she manage to walk to her bathroom and leave no trace of blood before entering into the bathroom? remember, the luminol highlighted prints were not tested for blood.. they were invisible to the naked eye.. But Rudy’s shoe prints in blood clearly visible.. How did Amanda pull that off? more magical cleaning? wait, there is also no evidence of a clean up either.. right, NO EVIDENCE PERIOD.. you guilters should be ashamed of yourselves, wanting to fry a person on no evidence because of some misguided feverish witch hunt mentality.

It would be logical for Amanda to have her footprints in that house, SHE FREAKING LIVED THERE!!

We have Rudy’s bloody footprints all over the place, HIS DNA everywhere.. Rudy did not know Amanda or Raff.. Amanda knew who he was, but they had very little known interaction at best, if any at all. Amanda testifies she met him once in a group introduction. There is no evidence they actually ever exchanged any other words but “Hello”.

Amanda and Raff shared a sex orgy satanic killing with a basic stranger? lol? This is a total f-king joke.. Sadly, this kind of injustice takes place in every country, even The USA.. There are countless innocent people in prison in The USA.. For those of you who think Amanda Knox is lying about the abuse the police put on her, read what Patrick Lumumba said about his treatment from the same police. Remember, Patrick was suggested to Amanda by police as ” one of the murderers” and she was coerced in naming him.. Thankfully for Patrick, he had an airtight alibi.. Imagine if he did not have one!

Amanda Knox has said concerning abuse by the police : ‘They hit me over the head and yelled stupid liar….I didn’t know what to do… I was terrified… They told me that if I didn’t confess I’d go to jail for 30 years’.

Patrick Lumumba told the Daily Mail: ‘They hit me over the head and yelled ‘dirty black’… I didn’t know what I had done… I was terrified… I was questioned by five men and women, some of whom punched and kicked me … They forced me on my knees against the wall… I was scared and humiliated… After a ten-hour interrogation still handcuffed and un-fed, I was shown the evidence against me, a statement from Amanda… They told me that if I confessed I’d only get half the 30-year sentence…’.

Note above the corrupt and dishonest tactics used by police to try to get confessions from innocent people.. Law enforcement thru out the world should only have one purpose = JUSTICE!! to find the truly guilty, arrest them. grant them trials, and let the facts come out as they are. Not to go by “hunches” as “proof” of guilt.. Please note. I am not a paid P.R person.. I do not know Amanda or any of the accused.. I do not know any of their famiy as well.. I hate injustice. No innocent person of any nationality, race, color, and/or creed should ever be subjected to time behind bars, to suffer needlessly… When I make a determination of guilt, I am damned sure the evidence clearly points in that direction. I would never vote to find someone guilty on the so called evidence put forth in this case… Side note.. I would have found Scott Peterson guilty, O.j Guilty. Casey Anthony not guilty as the jury in that case did, because prosecution failed to prove murder 1, murder 2.. I think Casey likely accidently killed her kid.. This case. I KNOW AMANDA AND RAFFAELE ARE INNOCENT, not just “NOT GUILTY”

I challenge anyone who maintains guilt of these 2 people to debate me solely on the facts of the case.. I challenge them to rebut each of my points on a point by point basis, without innuendo, to rebut my logic with a logical argument on each and every point I have made.. I have never seen one of the so called “guilters” ever do this.. Why? The same reason the lunatic old time witch hunters could not.. They tried, convicted, and murdered many innocent people based on hunches, hatred, and paranoia.. They did not have evidence, they had opinions, bias, anger, and again, basic delusional paranoia.. We can see this type of thinking still exists today.. We can see quite literally the Italian prosecutors in this case have the same mentality.. One even flat out called Amanda Knox a witch! It is a fever that effects reason and logic.. Most of the guilters have a bias against Amanda Knox based on fabricated stories about her. Stories claiming she was a slut, a temptress; gut feelings of law enforcement based on pre conceived notions of satanic ritualism, satanic paranoia; Forming an opinion with this bias looking at Amanda’s behavior, not liking her behavior, and likely thinking she was posessed by a demon, rather than understanding the mind of an immature 20 year old girl.. The guilters out there, consider you are the ones being posessed by a fever of irrational hatred, paranoia, emotional thinking ruling you, over logic and reason..Justice is not served in this manner ever, just like it was not served in the old time witch hunts
